Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Antiracism

In a diverse, inclusive, equitable, and antiracist organization, the culture conveys that all people are valued, identity markers no longer predict staff outcomes, teams understand, represent, and center the communities they serve, and staff members consistently experience the conditions necessary to thrive. While we have collected resources here to support specific organizational efforts to consistently live out DEI and antiracism beliefs, DEI and antiracism must be infused throughout all aspects of the Talent Lifecycle.

Internal DEI Metrics

Assessing the impact and effectiveness of internal DEI efforts is critical to supporting organizational accountability and reaching meaningful DEI progress. This resource offers a sample list of metrics for how to define and measure the impact of internal DEI efforts, as well as key considerations for how to effectively and thoughtfully select metrics, collect data, and leverage it toward action.

Microaggression Testimonials

Spotting and interrupting microaggressions is a critical part of centering DEI and antiracism in the workplace. This resource includes ten audio testimonials and transcripts along with guidance, context, and additional sources to offer a window into what microaggressions look, sound, and feel like without the need to ask colleagues holding historically marginalized identities to take on the emotional labor of reliving their personal experiences of microaggressions solely for the benefit of others’ learning.
