This resource includes ten audio testimonials and transcripts along with guidance, context, and additional sources to offer a window into what microaggressions look, sound, and feel like without the need to ask colleagues holding historically marginalized identities to take on the emotional labor of reliving their personal experiences of microaggressions solely for the benefit of others’ learning.
